We offer high quality customization on select gifts to make your expressions, totally delightful!  Whether it’s to apply your corporate logo to selections pens or add your family crest to a set glassware or package your select gifts in exclusive gift boxes; we are here to make your gifting experience delightful! 

 

Simply contact us at with your request.  We are able to offer a  range of customization, great for initials monogram, engraving, special messages and packaging, convention gifts, company gift giving, clients referrals appreciations, associations gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and much more.  We cater to orders of any size and ship thousands of gifts to multiple recipients and addresses.

 

To Place An Engraving Order:

• Locate your desired products and add to cart.

• Select the Engraving or Monogramming option links.

• Fill in the required information with your special inscription.

• For Company logos, Family Crest or Landmark Events, please upload your artwork separately to mydelight@delightfulcollections.com and kindly reference your order number.

• We accept jpeg, eps or tiff files of at least 300 dpi resolution art.

• Please allow five - eight business days for engraving.  Special packaging may take some extra days.

• Pre-approved pdf file will be sent to you for your approval prior to engraving!

• Confirmation email is sent on all orders with the FINAL approved.

• Engraving and/or Customization is processed at the highest quality engraving and shipped to the designated contact(s) or recipients.

• All Customized, Monogrammed and Engraved item sales are final and are not eligible for returns

 

 

Fees Structure

The cost for personalization differ by the engraving techniques used as shown below. For customized packaging or branding, please email us with details of the particular projects you would like to customize.  On some items, there is a onetime setup fee in addition to the engraving per item.  Please contact us if you have any question on which technique to use with your gifts!

Monogramming

​

Fees:

• First 5-words per piece

• Additional Letters or Line

 

Tips: Monogramming is great to celebrate a relationship or special moments; whether the first date, for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, retirements, valued client gifts, office gift and corporate gifts.

 

Initials are usually placed in order First, Last (larger), Middle.  Matthews Richard Kendall monogram would be MRK with K being larger than the rest of the monogram.

 

Couple monograms for weddings and anniversaries would be Groom, Last Name, Bride.  Thomas and Lola Green monogram would be TGL with G being larger letter.

Engraving

Fees:

• One-time Set Up Fees: Laser Engraving, Etching and Screen Printing: $55

• Cost per piece (1-15)*

• Cost per piece (15-100)*

• Cost per piece (>100)*

   

   *Screen Printing is available on some products.

 

Tips: Engraving your company logo, family crest and other appropriate message based on your instructions on your gifts selections.  This just take the thoughtfulness of your gifting to another level.

Multiple Addresses

 

Would you like your orders shipped to multiple recipients?  We can offer this service to ship your order, whether to your party list or corporate orders to multiple addresses, for a service fee. 

 

Kindly send us a list of addresses via e-mail to mydelight@delightfulcollections.com.  Please reference your order number when emailing your list.

 

Please note:

• Tracking Numbers: Tracking information will be provided to you with the carrier’s tracking number for each package in your order.

• Address Errors: We will advise you via email within 48-72 hours of receiving the address list to correct any error with a shipping address; upon the shipping carrier notification.  Please respond promptly with the corrected address

 

 

 

Gift Wrapping Services and Gift Message

 

We offer Gift Wrapping Services for a fee and we can also ship to multiple addresses.  Gift Messages can be attached to your order if requested.

 

 

Return Policy
